We were recruited to bring a sense of personality, individuality and colour to a residential development currently under construction in the rejuvenated New Islington area of Manchester.

Hatbox is a three way venture between Fairbriar International, Top Spring International Holdings Ltd and Metro Holdings LTD. It will provide 144 new homes and it sits alongside one of the trios existing successful developments, Milliners Wharf.

The height of property marketing

As most property professionals know, the PRS sector in Manchester is red hot right now.

Our client GWREI commissioned us to help develop the branding for the scheme and the positioning of their recently acquired Alto development.

Located just off the Junction of Chapel Street and Trinity Way, the brand new residential block is within easy walking distance of the city centre amenities. The brief was to highlight Manchester’s uniquely strong position in the PRS market and showcase the investment potential of apartments at their Alto development.

We’re underway with creating a new website for our friends at MediaCityUK who are releasing a loyalty card.

The card (which you can apply for here) will let carriers redeem lots of lovely offers across the ever growing MediaCityUK estate. It will include offers and discounts from: many of the major stores at the Lowry Outlet, The Lowry Theatre, The Imperial War Museum North and many of the independent retailers and operators across the site.
