“Modern original” is a phrase synonymous with Manchester and a strapline that could have aptly been applied to Royal Mills, a beautifully refurbished residential development within a Victorian mill in the city’s Northern Quarter. Our integrated campaign highlighted: the benefits of the location, the character of the buildings and the attention to detail that had gone into the redevelopment. It successfully presents the more contemporary finishes alongside the building’s uniquely colourful heritage.
