Collyhurst Village is a residential regeneration project on the fringe of Manchester city centre. It’s an area that had previously seen a few false starts, so our branding approach was sympathetic, sensitive and inclusive.

Working with FEC and Manchester City Council and taking visual cues from Collyhurst’s rich cultural heritage, our aim was to build a campaign that was warmly welcomed, by both new and existing residents. Our strategy was based on researching, defining and presenting the most inviting elements of Collyhurst Village, to resonate most effectively with residents, with “Better Homes First” becoming our championing cry.

The colour ways, iconography and typography are all inspired by the area’s colourful history and now signpost its bright new future.
