Eliza Yard is a residential development in Ancoats, Manchester, by Manchester Life. 

Tasked with creating a “grown up” brand for this development in a quieter pocket of Ancoats, inspiration was drawn from the locations flint glass manufacturing heritage. A subtle ambient refracted glass pattern was twinned with stylised typography – using intricate angular letterforms, to bring the past to the present and create an assured, understated and calming lifestyle led brand.
