Maxim Park in Scotland is one of the largest office parks in the UK, with over 756,000 sqft of space over 10 buildings. We were approached by the new owners, Shelborn Asset Management, to undertake a complete re-brand of the park.

Our focus was around showcasing the location as a vibrant, engaging and flourishing community, rather than just a place to work. The bright environment and focus on work/life balance inspired a bold new look, using an interconnecting and flowing icon to symbolise connectivity, collaboration and community. The designs play with large-scale typography, echoing the parks size, and features maxim word-plays.
